Tooth Powder
We recommend the following regimen to keep your mouth, teeth and gums clean, healthy and alkaline.
Ingredients
Goldenseal, Myrrh, White Oak Bark, Black Walnut Hull, Nettle Leaf
How to Use
Take 1/8 teaspoon and with clean fingers, massage the gums and teeth for 2 minutes before rinsing. You can use the tooth powder by itself or with oil pulling (see below). Use this twice a day if you have gum and teeth issues (morning and night). Black walnut hull is a black powder much like charcoal, but it wont stain your teeth.
Oil Pulling
Use oil pulling at night with this amazing tooth powder.
Following the tooth powder, take 1/2 teaspoon of extra virgin coconut oil and perform oil pulling (swish it in your mouth) for 2-5 minutes, and eliminate into a toilet or garbage.
Oil pulling with coconut oil moisturizes the mouth. It’s an organic substitute for mouthwash, and it contains Vitamin E, which acts as an antioxidant, and also has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.
Brush your teeth after you have done the tooth powder and oil pulling regimen.
