With new U.S. government import tariffs taking effect on Canadian goods, prices across our stores have changed.

While we can’t change U.S. government trade decisions, we can control how we take care of you. We refuse to let these extra costs fall entirely on our loyal supporters, so we have decided to absorb a portion of the tax out of our own pocket.

What this means for you:

• PRICE LOCK: If you have an active subscription on selected products, your price is completely locked in. As long as your subscription on those products remains active, your rate will not increase. Please note that this price lock applies only to subscriptions started before August 17. Any new subscriptions or extra items added after prices update will be subject to the new pricing. If you cancel or have cancelled your subscription, this price lock is lost. If you decide to resubscribe later, your account will be subject to the new updated pricing.
  

• FREE SHIPPING: We are maintaining free shipping on all non-discounted items to keep things as affordable as possible.
