Refund Policy

Our Returns and Exchange Policy:

You have the right to return any goods or services that have been bought and purchased from the website simply because you have changed your mind or are unhappy with any item. Please note that once opened cosmetics (including and other toiletries) cannot be returned for hygienic reasons) If you return goods by posting them to us through any post, please retain the appropriate proof of return. Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase. Refunds are of purchase prices only and do not include shipping paid for the products delivery or return of the product to us. If returned goods go missing in transit to us, we will deem that you have not returned them. It is your responsibility to track your packages and ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are mistakenly damaged during the return transit. All returned products must be.

 

• Unused, in good condition and unopened and in original condition;

• Items must be undamaged;

• All goods must be returned within [60] days of purchase; and

• In a good and saleable condition

In the event of a return by you or anyone else of a gift, we will and can exchange or refund in the form of a Mira Herbals Inc. gift card or voucher. However, you will have to pay the postage and handling cost of the return to Mira Herbals Inc. You may also have to pay the re-delivery costs to you. Mira Herbals Inc. will therefore not refund the delivery fee, or gift wrapping or other related and relevant fees.
Defective Or Damaged Goods:

You must take steps to return defective or damaged goods within [60] days of purchase and not receipt. If you receive any defective or damaged product or goods, we will fully the original price of the product or goods, delivery fee and any gift wrapping fee by way of the real and original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a need replacement, we will send out your replacement goods (always subject to availability) once we get the defective or damaged products at our cost. If the time frame is [60] days after receipt, and goods are found to be defective or damaged, the normal warranty conditions for these goods will apply. In those circumstances, it is yours and the recipient’s responsibility to take all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product and website warranty card as specified by the manufacturer.
