Refunds

You have the right to refuse the products upon delivery. However, refunds will only be issued when the products are returned to us safely, undamaged, and sealed. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Goods
For damaged or defective products, please contact us as soon as possible, and we strongly recommend attaching photos of the damaged goods. This allows us to file a claim with the courier and use the photos as proof to support the claim process.
If you receive any defective or damaged items, please contact us within 10 days of purchase. If applicable, we will provide a replacement or refund for the original purchase price and delivery fee. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. In the case of replacements, we will ship the replacement at our cost, subject to product availability.
Shipping and Delivery
We strongly advise that you retain proof of return if you are returning any items, and ensure that they are adequately packaged to prevent damage during return transit. Mira Herbals Inc. is not responsible for any lost returns. All items are considered the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.
