Shipping & Delivery

All orders require a processing time of 4-7 business days before it's shipped. This is to ensure quality, as Raw Maraby products are made to order and made in small batches. Regardless of your shipping method, we still need to process orders.

We would like to remind everyone that we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays, therefore, our business days are only 4 days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday).

We ask for your patience as the we are also waiting for the herbs to arrive and be ready to ship - this is due to the fact that Mourab, our master herbalist, ensures a top-notch quality and potency of the product by avoiding shortcuts and not rushing productions. 

When your items are shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Please always check you spam/junk folder - emails could sometimes get filtered there.

Deliery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please understand that when shipping from one country to another, these packages have to go through customs before they can be released for final delivery. Items are sent via Canada Post as we are located in Toronto, Canada. We can always arrange for a third party courier service (e.g UPS, DHL, FedEx). Should you prefer it, please contact us.

Customs Fees

Customs checks all inbound international packages and mail. During this process, a customs officer in the country you’re shipping to will review the package to make sure it meets the country’s laws, regulations and policies. They will also determine what duties and taxes might be due (we are not responsible for any custom fees your country charges). Unfortunately, there’s no cut and dry answer for how long packages stay in customs. This varies greatly from country to country, and largely depends on what is being shipped. Packages can get approved immediately, which is often the case if the goods being sent aren’t taxable. Other times, delays can occur if duties and taxes are still owed It’s also common for items to get stuck in customs if an item is restricted and cannot be allowed into the country.
