Subscription Responsibility

By subscribing, you agree that it is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@miraherbals.com.

Failure to cancel before the billing date will result in the next scheduled charge being processed as normal.

2. Billing, Discounts, and Non-Refundable Charges

All subscription charges are final and non-refundable.

Once a payment has been successfully processed, it cannot be refunded, either in full or in part.

We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, unused products, or late cancellations.

Subscription discounts (including promotional discounts such as 30% off) are intended for customers participating in an active subscription plan and are not meant to be used as a one-time purchase discount.

3. Order Processing, Cancellation, and Discount Abuse Prevention

If a customer places a subscription order using a subscription discount and cancels the subscription on the same day or within a few days after purchase, the original order will be cancelled.

If the customer attempts to place another order for the same or similar subscription product within six (6) weeks of the original subscription order date, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

• Cancel the subsequent order,
• Remove the discounted item(s) from the order, or
• Adjust pricing by removing the subscription discount.

The six-week period begins on the date of the original subscription order.

This policy is in place to prevent misuse of subscription-based discounts while allowing flexibility for genuine customers.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees may apply to subscription orders and will be displayed at checkout or in your subscription details.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any applicable duties, taxes, or additional delivery fees (where relevant) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Changes to the Subscription Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Subscription Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective when posted on this page.

Continued use of the subscription after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
