Processing and Shipping
There are two key steps involved in delivering your order: processing and shipping.
- Processing: Before dispatching your items, we meticulously inspect them to ensure quality.
- Shipping: Commences once your package is collected by the postal service for delivery.
IMPORTANT: Regardless of the shipping method you chose, all orders require at least 4-7 business days for processing before it is shipped. Make note of our business days. We are closed on Saturdays. Sundays and Mondays therefore they do not count as business days!
Shipping Fee
- Shipping fees are determined based on the weight of your order. We utilize Canada Post's shipping rates.
- Please note that we do not derive any benefit from shipping fees. They are solely determined by Canada Post.
- All shipments are insured to protect both you and us against any unforeseen circumstances during transit.
- We do not offer free shipping at this time due to the nature of our shipping arrangements and the necessity of insurance coverage for all shipments.
Tracking Information:
- Upon shipping your order, we will provide a tracking number if applicable.
- Please anticipate potential delays, especially due to customs procedures.
International Shipping and Customs Regulations:
- Delays may occur during customs clearance, as inbound international packages are subject to inspection.
- Customs officers verify compliance with local laws and regulations, and may levy duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
- The duration of customs processing varies by country and the nature of the items being shipped.
- For international orders, additional customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost, Delayed Shipments, Delivery-related Issues:
- In the event of a lost shipment, we will conduct a thorough investigation before considering a replacement.
- Replacement shipments are subject to our discretion and may be sent following completion of our postal office's investigation.
Please note that we always resolve such problems, but we must first investigate the whereabouts of the package through Canada Post. We will follow up diligently, and we ask that you do the same on your part to ensure a smooth resolution.
Responsibility After Delivery:
- Once an order is successfully delivered, we are not liable for subsequent issues.
- Customers encountering problems post-delivery should contact their local postal office for assistance.
Shipping Address:
- It is imperative to provide accurate shipping information.
- Mira Herbals is not responsible for packages returned due to unclaimed items, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or accidental order placement of the wrong item.
- Reshipping fees may apply for packages returned under these circumstances.
