Mira herbals Inc. reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Mira herbals Inc. reserves the right to provide its products at promotional rates to individual consumers for which by accepting these terms you agree to accepting products at promotional rates where applicable.
All prices of all goods and services and the delivery fees displayed on this website are current at the time of each display. Such prices and amounts are also subject to change without notice. We will always attempt to be as truly accurate as possible with our pricing and product descriptions. However, we are not always able to warrant that such information will be accurate, complete, consistent, reliable, current or error free. (We are just humans).
Currency
Prices displayed on the www.miraherbals.info site are in USD for all countries. Invoices will be issued in USD, regardless of the location of the purchaser. The amount(s) listed on the invoice is in U.S. Dollars and is converted at the prevailing exchange rate of the date of the invoice. Sometimes, payments processed at a later date to your credit card may have a different exchange rate than the one calculated at the time of booking, which will be applied by your bank or your credit card company. Mira herbals Inc. is not responsible for currency fluctuations, nor does it guarantee the Canadian (or any other currency) equivalent of the purchase will be the same, as this is beyond our control.
Coupon
To redeem online, enter the coupon code to cart at checkout. It will not be applied to previous orders nor be combined with other coupons unless stated otherwise.
- Coupons are valid for a limited time only. We reserve the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
- Most coupons are not applicable on Kits/Bundles and other items with reduced prices.
- If you do not purchase the qualifying items added to your Cart when the coupon is in effect, the discount will not apply.
- Coupon discount excludes gift certificates, applicable taxes, and shipping.
- It does not apply to the affiliate program. This means that any purchases made through an affiliate's link with a coupon code applied upfront will not be part of the payout.
Orders
All orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been made and received, and Mira Herbals Inc. is satisfied with the integrity of the order. By placing any order, you agree to provide Mira Herbals Inc. with current, complete, and accurate information, including your full name, full address, correct and valid email address, and credit card number (where applicable).
If you enter the wrong address, we will not be able to resend the order to the correct address at our expense. Placing an internet order constitutes an offer to enter into a purchasing agreement with us. Upon receipt of your order, we will email you a complete order confirmation solely for the purpose of confirming the details of your offer. Please note that our order confirmation does not necessarily constitute an acceptance of your offer. We reserve the right to cancel orders deemed necessary especially if they are flagged as fraudulent.
In the event of technical issues that may flag your order as a risk, we will contact you to confirm. Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct and valid email address. Once confirmed by you, we will proceed to process your order.
Order Cancellation
We, therefore, reserve the right to cancel orders at our complete and sole discretion at any time. In such circumstances, we won’t be held liable for any kind of loss or damage taken and incurred by you arising out of connection with the exercise of these rights. If you feel you need to cancel an order, kindly and please contact us immediately via info@miraherbals.com
Cancellations can be made at any time by emailing info@miraherbals.com as long as the items have not been shipped out. Please note that we cannot cancel an order if the items have been shipped out before your cancellation request. In such cases, you will need to wait for the items to arrive and then return them to us. Once we have received the returned items, we can issue a refund for the canceled items. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for further details.
Our agreement with you only therefore comes into existence once we have both fully confirmed your order and your full payment has been fully and completely processed. Once we have accepted payment for one or any order, cancellation of the not needed order is within our sole discretion.
Shipping and Delivery
Please understand that there are two steps involved in getting your order to you: processing and shipping. Processing means we carefully check your items before packing and sending them out. Shipping begins when the post office picks up your package for delivery. We provide these information on every product page and you are responsible on reading these given information before you proceed with your purchase.
We will provide a tracking number (if applicable) once your order is shipped. Please note that delays may occur due to customs. Customs checks all inbound international packages and mail. During this process, a customs officer in the country you’re shipping to will review the package to ensure it complies with the country’s laws, regulations, and policies. They will also determine what duties and taxes might be due (we are not responsible for any custom fees your country charges).
Unfortunately, there’s no definitive answer for how long packages stay in customs. This varies greatly from country to country and largely depends on what is being shipped. Packages can be approved immediately, which is often the case if the goods being sent aren’t taxable. However, delays can occur if duties and taxes are still owed. It’s also common for items to get stuck in customs if an item is restricted and cannot be allowed into the country
IMPORTANT: If an item gets lost or damaged during delivery, we won't immediately send a replacement. We'll first investigate the matter and then resend it if necessary or when the investigation by our postal office has been completed.
However, replacements are only sent at our discretion. Please note that we're not liable for any issues that occur after your order has been successfully delivered. In such instances, kindly contact your local postal office first.

Packages returned to Mira Herbals due to unclaimed, incorrect address provided by the customer, and/or inadvertently ordering the wrong item are subject to a reshipping fee.
For items damaged during transit by the courier, please refer to our Shipping and Delivery policy for information on replacement options. We kindly request that you retain proof of return for any items returned by post.
Disputes
If you encounter any issues with your order or our services, we kindly ask that you contact us directly before initiating any dispute or chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any problems and will do our best to address your concerns promptly.
For any delivery-related issues, please note that we always resolve such problems, but we must first investigate the whereabouts of the package through Canada Post. We will follow up diligently, and we ask that you do the same on your part to ensure a smooth resolution.
Initiating a dispute not only increases costs for us due to fees associated with handling disputes, but it can also lead to delays in resolving your issue. Disputes may result in temporary holds or refunds being delayed on your account, making it harder for you to receive a timely resolution or replacement. By contacting us first, we can work together to resolve the matter quickly and efficiently, benefiting both parties.
Please note: Should you choose to dispute, any future orders will be cancelled without notice or reason.
Return and Refund Policy
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. We provide detailed information on each product page to ensure that you can make an informed purchase decision. If you are unsure, we offer assistance and recommendations, which are also available on the product pages. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our policies.
For damaged items, we strongly recommend that you attach clear photos when reporting the issue. This allows us to file a claim with the courier and use the photos as proof to support the claim process.
Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered under special circumstances. As stated on all product pages, our products are non-refundable.

Please note that any refunds, if applicable, are at the discretion of Mira Herbals Inc. and are subject to review based on the specific situation.
Re-shipping Fee
Packages returned to us may be subject to a re-shipping fee if:
- The customer requests a reshipment due to unclaimed packages
- An incorrect address is provided
- The wrong item was inadvertently ordered
If a mistake occurs during the ordering process, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will assist you in resolving the matter as efficiently as possible.
Please note that Mira Herbals Inc. does not refund shipping fees, gift wrapping, or any related charges such as international purchase fees, conversion fees, or customs fees.
Defective Or Damaged Goods
You must take steps to return defective or damaged goods within [60] days of purchase and not receipt. If you receive any defective or damaged product or goods, we will fully the original price of the product or goods, delivery fee and any gift wrapping fee by way of the real and original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a need replacement, we will send out your replacement goods (always subject to availability) once we get the defective or damaged products at our cost. If the time frame is [60] days after receipt, and goods are found to be defective or damaged, the normal warranty conditions for these goods will apply. In those circumstances, it is yours and the recipient’s responsibility to take all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product and website warranty card as specified by the manufacturer.
Subscription Policy
At www.miraherbals.info, we primarily offer products for one-time purchase. However, select products and services may also be available on a subscription or auto-ship basis. When this option is available, it will be clearly indicated on the respective product pages.
By default, all purchases are one-time. You have the option to subscribe, but rest assured, we cannot and will not enroll anyone in a subscription on their behalf. For more details, please refer to our Subscription Policy.
Subscription Responsibility
By subscribing, you agree that it is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@miraherbals.com.
Failure to cancel before the billing date will result in the next scheduled charge being processed as normal.
Subscription Billing, Discounts, and Non-Refundable Charges
All subscription charges are final and non-refundable.
Once a payment has been successfully processed, it cannot be refunded, either in full or in part.
We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, unused products, or late cancellations.
Subscription discounts (including promotional discounts such as 30% off) are intended for customers participating in an active subscription plan and are not meant to be used as a one-time purchase discount.
Subscription Order Processing, Cancellation, and Discount Abuse Prevention
If a customer places a subscription order using a subscription discount and cancels the subscription on the same day or within a few days after purchase, the original order will be cancelled.
If the customer attempts to place another order for the same or similar subscription product within six (6) weeks of the original subscription order date, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:
- Cancel the subsequent order,
- Remove the discounted item(s) from the order, or
- Adjust pricing by removing the subscription discount.
The six-week period begins on the date of the original subscription order.
This policy is in place to prevent misuse of subscription-based discounts while allowing flexibility for genuine customers.
Subscription Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Wholesale Order Processing
- All wholesale orders will be reviewed before any discount is applied. We will then send an invoice for your final total (discount included) plus shipping fees.
- Once full payment has been made, we will start processing your order.
- Please note: Since all products are made to order, wholesale orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Business days refer to weekdays from Tuesday to Friday, excluding Mondays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Wholesale Manual Review & Order Approval
All wholesale orders are reviewed and approved manually by our team.
We must confirm that all wholesale requirements and minimum order quantities are met before approving any order and applying wholesale discounts. Wholesale discounts are not applied automatically at checkout and will only be applied once your order has been reviewed and approved.
Once your order is approved, we will issue an invoice reflecting the final total, including approved wholesale discounts and shipping fees.
Orders will only move into production after full payment has been received.
Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled.
Any approved order that is canceled after processing has begun will be subject to a 35% restocking fee on custom items.
Revocation of Wholesale Price Access
We reserve the right to revoke wholesale price access if:
- We suspect unauthorized use of your personal or sign-in information;
- As a security measure;
- For operational reasons, including, but not limited to, the use of scripts, web crawlers, or screen scrapers; or
- For administrative reasons.
- You fail to abide by the terms and conditions.
Wholesale Shipping and Duties
Please note that the total price does not include shipping fees. Shipping costs will be calculated separately based on your location and the weight of your order.
Duties and Custom Fees are not include in the price. For Shipment to U.S, duties are added in the price.
