Order Cancellation

We, therefore, reserve the right to cancel orders at our complete and sole discretion at any time. In such circumstances, we won’t be held liable for any kind of loss or damage taken and incurred by you arising out of connection with the exercise of these rights. If you feel you need to cancel an order, kindly and please contact us immediately via info@miraherbals.com

Cancellations can be made at any time by emailing info@miraherbals.com as long as the items have not been shipped out. Please note that we cannot cancel an order if the items have been shipped out before your cancellation request. In such cases, you will need to wait for the items to arrive and then return them to us. Once we have received the returned items, we can issue a refund for the canceled items. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for further details.

Our agreement with you only therefore comes into existence once we have both fully confirmed your order and your full payment has been fully and completely processed. Once we have accepted payment for one or any order, cancellation of the not needed order is within our sole discretion.

European Union (EU) Buyer Addendum

Cancellations on final sale items are not supported; These includes Health, Skin and Hair Products.

Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. We provide detailed information on each product page to ensure that you can make an informed purchase decision. If you are unsure, we offer assistance and recommendations, which are also available on the product pages. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our policies.

For damaged items, we strongly recommend that you attach clear photos when reporting the issue. This allows us to file a claim with the courier and use the photos as proof to support the claim process.

European Union (EU) Buyer Addendum

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a statutory right under EU Directive 2023/2673 to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason, subject to the strict health and hygiene exemptions below.

Hygiene & Health Protection Exemption: In accordance with EU law, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed, opened, or used after delivery. Because our products are herbal, dietary, or cosmetic health products, whether it is unused, unopneded or where the factory seal, tamper-evident wrapping, or lid seal has been broken or altered is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. 

Unopened Items (Non-herbal, dietary, or cosmetic products): If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal for a completely unopened, sealed product, you must use the withdrawal flow provided on our website within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping Costs: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are strictly required to pay for your own return shipping fees back to our facility in Canada. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. We will only process eligible refunds once the physical goods are safely received back at our facility in their original, completely sealed and unopened condition.
