Directions

Take a tablespoon of the oil into your mouth (Do not swallow). Swirl and pull the oil through your teeth and around your mouth for 15-20 minutes. Then spit the oil into a trash can to avoid plumbing issues. Lastly, rinse your mouth with warm water, then brush your teeth as usual.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT SWALLOW the oil as it contains toxins and bacteria from your mouth.
