Herbs: Yam, Chaste Tree Extract, Black Cohosh, 

Directions

Ensure the area of application is clean and dry. Apply a small amount of Hormone Harmony Cream to your chest, neck, breasts, abdomen, inner arms, or thighs. Massage gently into the skin until fully absorbed.

For optimal results, use once in the morning and once in the evening.

Follow the suggested dosages as outlined below or as directed by a healthcare professional:

For Menstrual Discomfort:
- Days 12 to 20: Apply 1/4 teaspoon (2.5ml) of cream in the morning and evening.
- Days 21 to 28: Apply 1/2 teaspoon of cream in the morning and evening.

For Menopause:
- Start on Day 7: Apply 1/4 teaspoon (2.5ml) of cream in the morning and evening.
- Continue as above, creating a new cycle if necessary.

* Day 1 is considered the start of your menstrual period.
