Days 21 to 28: Apply 1/2 teaspoon of cream in the morning and evening.

For Menopause:

Start on Day 7: Apply 1/4 teaspoon (2.5ml) of cream in the morning and evening.
Continue as above, creating a new cycle if necessary.
