      Directions

      Shake well before use.

      Brush your teeth, floss, then swish 1-2 dropperfuls of the oil in a clean mouth for 5 to 10 minutes once or twice daily. Rinse mouth after a few minutes.

      Take a tablespoon of the oil into your mouth. Swish the oil gently between your teeth and around your mouth for 15-20 minutes. Spit the oil into a trash can. Rinse mouth after a few minutes and proceed with your regular flossing and brushing routine for comprehensive oral hygiene.
