Sea Moss (Chondrus Crispus)

As a Tea: Add one teaspoon to 2 cups of boiled filtered water. Steep for 7 minutes, then strain. Consume 3-4 times daily. Blend the remainder and consume.

Wash, Soak, and Blend: Rinse thoroughly, soak in spring water for 12-24 hours, then blend and refrigerate.

Decoction (Boil and Simmer): Boil ½ oz of Sea Moss in 1 pint of water, reducing it to ½ pint. Use as a demulcent for respiratory, intestinal, kidney, and bladder support. Add lemon juice and stevia for flavor.

Our herbs may come in either Loose Herb Form (cut and sifted, whole, chunks, granules or resin) or Powdered Form. We cannot guarantee the specific form you will receive. This variability exists because of the demand.

Importantly, the form in which you receive the herbs, whether powdered or loose, does not affect their potency. Both forms maintain their efficacy and herbal properties.
