TOPICAL USE: You may use in form of poultices or infused oils for external applications. However, it's essential to dilute it appropriately and perform a patch test to check for any skin sensitivity.

TEA: Use with caution. Add a small amount in 2 cups of boiled filtered water. Steep for 7 minutes then strain.

Due to it's high potency, always start with a lower dosage/amount and gradually increase if needed while monitoring for any effects.

Our herbs may come in either Loose Herb Form (cut and sifted, whole, chunks, granules or resin) or Powdered Form. We cannot guarantee the specific form you will receive. This variability exists because of the demand.

Importantly, the form in which you receive the herbs, whether powdered or loose, does not affect their potency. Both forms maintain their efficacy and herbal properties.

Herbal Teas are not as potent as tinctures, but they can be very effective for calming the nervous system, soothing the stomach, and brightening the mood. A herbal tea will have approximately 10% plant essence in it.

It’s best to combine them both.
