  • Licorice Root sweetens and coats the mouth and gut, restoring pH and supporting healing.
  • Marshmallow Root forms a soothing mucilage barrier that protects and repairs mucous membranes.
  • Together, these herbs cool acids, nourish the enamel, and bring balance to both the oral and digestive systems.

Directions

Add one teaspoon in 2 cups of boiled filtered water. Steep for 10-15 minutes then strain. May be used as both a drink and a mouth rinse.

  • For Children: ½ cup warm, AM and PM.
  • For Adults: 1 cup, 2–3 times daily.

Teas or Tinctures?

Tinctures are best for strong medicinal activity, convenience, and long-term storage. An herbal tincture will have about 90% plant essence in it.

Herbal Teas are not as potent as tinctures, but they can be very effective for calming the nervous system, soothing the stomach, and brightening the mood. A herbal tea will have approximately 10% plant essence in it.

It’s best to combine them both.
