Neem Twigs
Chewing on neem twigs has been a traditional practice for centuries due to its oral health benefits. Neem twigs contain antibacterial compounds that can prevent tooth decay, gum inflammation, and bad breath. They can also promote healthy saliva production and strengthen teeth. Regular use of neem twigs can improve overall oral hygiene.
Ingredients
Neem (Azadirachta indica) Twigs
*May contain tree nuts.
How to Use
Take a neem stick and chew one end of it until it becomes frayed and forms bristles.
Use the frayed end of the neem stick to gently scrub each tooth in a circular motion, making sure to clean both the front and back of each tooth.
As you use the neem stick, periodically chew the end again to create new bristles.
Once you have cleaned all your teeth, spit out any residue from the neem stick and discard it.
