The Iron Plus Tea contains herbs that address iron deficiency issues. Iron is an essential mineral for the body. Not only is it important in creating hormones for the body, iron is also responsible for making hemoglobin. Hemoglobin is the protein carried within your red blood cells which distributes oxygen throughout your body. Irish Sea Moss is full of iron, as well as magnesium, vitamin K, calcium, iodine, and folate, to name a few. This tea also includes Yellow Dock, which naturally contains Chelated Iron, which is more easily absorbed by the body.

Add 1 teaspoon in 2 cups of boiled filtered water. Steep for 7 minutes then strain. Use 2-4 times daily.

Tinctures are best for strong medicinal activity, convenience, and long-term storage. An herbal tincture will have about 90% plant essence in it.
Herbal Teas are not as potent as tinctures, but they can be very effective for calming the nervous system, soothing the stomach, and brightening the mood. A herbal tea will have approximately 10% plant essence in it.
It’s best to combine them both.
NOTE: HERBS MAY COME IN EITHER LOOSE HERB OR POWDERED FORM. Any form does not affect their potency. Both forms maintain their efficacy and herbal properties.
