Gum and Tooth Powder is a specialized oral care blend designed to strengthen the gums and assist in tightening loose teeth for improved stability. Apply onto the gums and teeth and allow to sit for a few minutes. Then brush your teeth with the herbs still in the mouth. For tough cases, place this powder between your gums and lips and leave it on all night, 7 nights a week.

You can also oil pull with the powder twice a day.

Oil Pulling: Use oil pulling at night. Following the Gum and Tooth Powder, take 1/2 teaspoon of extra virgin coconut oil and perform oil pulling (swish it in your mouth) for 2-5 minutes, and eliminate into a toilet or garbage.

Oil pulling with coconut oil moisturizes the mouth. It’s an organic substitute for mouthwash, and it contains Vitamin E, which acts as an antioxidant and also has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.

Brush your teeth after you have done the tooth powder and oil pulling regimen.

Bistort has a pulling and cleaning effect on the gums, mouth and teeth. So expect a “puckering” effect on the mouth (doing what it is supposed to).
