Suggested Use

Daily Dose: Consume 5-15 grams of dried goji berries daily. They can be eaten raw, steeped as a tea, or mixed into your breakfast cereals, smoothies, or yogurts.

Goji Berry Tea: Steep 5-10 grams of dried goji berries in hot water for a rejuvenating herbal tea. Optionally, mix with other herbs like chrysanthemum or red dates for additional benefits.

Cooking: Incorporate goji berries into soups and broths, especially in traditional Chinese recipes, to enhance nutritional value.

Our herbs may come in either Loose Herb Form (cut and sifted, whole, chunks, granules or resin) or Powdered Form. We cannot guarantee the specific form you will receive. This variability exists because of the demand.

Importantly, the form in which you receive the herbs, whether powdered or loose, does not affect their potency. Both forms maintain their efficacy and herbal properties.

Teas or Tinctures?

Tinctures are best for strong medicinal activity, convenience, and long-term storage. An herbal tincture will have about 90% plant essence in it.

Herbal Teas are not as potent as tinctures, but they can be very effective for calming the nervous system, soothing the stomach, and brightening the mood. A herbal tea will have approximately 10% plant essence in it.

It’s best to combine them both.
