Comfrey Leaf (Symphytum officinale)

Mouthwash: Add one teaspoon in 2 cups of boiled filtered water. Steep for 10-15 minutes then strain. Let it cool down then gently swish and rinse your mouth with the prepared mixture for at least 2 minutes.
