Pricing Policy
Mira herbals Inc. reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Mira herbals Inc. reserves the right to provide its products at promotional rates to individual consumers for which by accepting these terms you agree to accepting products at promotional rates where applicable.
All prices of all goods and services and the delivery fees displayed on this website are current at the time of each display. Such prices and amounts are also subject to change without notice. We will always attempt to be as truly accurate as possible with our pricing and product descriptions. However, we are not always able to warrant that such information will be accurate, complete, consistent, reliable, current or error free. (We are just humans).
Currency
Prices displayed on the www.miraherbals.info site are in Canadian Dollars for anyone purchasing from Canada and U.S dollars for the rest of the countries. The amount(s) listed on the invoice is converted into Canadian Dollars or the appropriate currency at the prevailing exchange rate of the date of invoice. Sometimes, payments processed at a later date to your credit card may have a different exchange rate than the one calculated at the time of booking, which will be applied either by the supplier or your credit card company. Mira herbals Inc. is not responsible for currency fluctuations, nor does it guarantee the Canadian (or any other currency) equivalent of the purchase will be the same, as this is beyond our control.
Coupon
To redeem online, enter the coupon code to cart at checkout. It will not be applied to previous orders nor be combined with other coupons unless stated otherwise.
- Coupons are valid for a limited time only. We reserve the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
- Most coupons are not applicable on Kits/Bundles and other items with reduced prices.
- If you do not purchase the qualifying items added to your Cart when the coupon is in effect, the discount will not apply.
- Coupon discount excludes gift certificates, applicable taxes, and shipping.
- It does not apply to the affiliate program. This means that any purchases made through an affiliate's link with a coupon code applied upfront will not be part of the payout.
Orders
All orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been made and received and Mira Herbals Inc. is beyond satisfied with the integrity of the order. You therefore agree to provide Mira Herbals Inc. with the current, complete and most accurate information (including your full name, full address, correct and valid email address and credit card number (where applicable)) when placing all orders. Should you enter the wrong address, we will not be able to resend the order to the correct address at our expense. Placement of any internet order by you constitutes an offer to therefore enter into a buying agreement with us. We will email you a complete order confirmation for the sole and complete purpose of confirming the details of your full offer. Please note that any of our order confirmation does not necessarily constitute an acceptance of your offer. We have the right to cancel orders when deemed necessary if it is flagged as fraudulent. In any case, if there are technical issues that might occur and flag your order as a risk, we will contact you to confirm. Please ensure that you have given us the correct and valid email address. After your confirmation, we can proceed and process your order.
Order Cancellation
We, therefore, reserve the right to cancel orders at our complete and sole discretion at any time. In such circumstances, we won’t be held liable for any kind of loss or damage taken and incurred by you arising out of connection with the exercise of these rights. If you feel you need to cancel an order, kindly and please contact us immediately via info@miraherbals.com
Cancellations can be made at any time by emailing info@miraherbals.com as long as the items have not been shipped out.
Our agreement with you only therefore comes into existence once we have both fully confirmed your order and your full payment has been fully and completely processed. Once we have accepted payment for one or any order, cancellation of the not needed order is within our sole discretion.
Delivery
Once you purchase, we will provide you with tracking information when your order has been shipped. While we make every effort to deliver your goods by this time, all dates specified in this page are just estimates. If an order does not arrive by the estimated or due date, we will lodge enquiries with the postal courier to ensure that the delivery does occur as soon as possible. We will therefore not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred from late delivery. You therefore acknowledge and agree that any late delivery does not constitute a proven breach by us of our purchasing and web site agreement and does not entitle you to a refund or to cancel an order. Please take note that if an item has been lost in shipping transit, we will not dispatch a new replacement item immediately. We will look into it and then reship after sufficient time has passed.
Please note that replacement items will only be dispatched at our sole discretion. We will therefore not accept any liability for any loss or damage that arises from the items lost, stolen or potentially damaged after delivery has occurred.
Returns and Exchange
You have the right to return any goods or services that have been bought and purchased from the website simply because you have changed your mind or are unhappy with any item. Please note that once opened and used, cosmetics (including other toiletries) cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. All of our Health Products are non-refundable and non-returnable - opened or unopened; this includes Oral Care Products, Teas, and Tinctures.
If you return goods by posting them to us through any post, please retain the appropriate proof of return. Applicable returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase - this only applies to Hair Products. Refunds are of purchase prices only and do not include shipping paid for the product's delivery or return of the product to us. If returned goods go missing in transit to us, we will deem that you have not returned them. It is your responsibility to track your packages and ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are mistakenly damaged during the return transit. All returned products must be:
- Unused, in good condition and unopened and in original condition;
- Items must be undamaged;
- All goods (Hair Products) must be returned within [60] days of purchase; and
- In a good and saleable condition
In the event of a return by you or anyone else of a gift, we will and can exchange or refund in the form of a Mira Herbals Inc. gift card or voucher. However, you will have to pay the postage and handling cost of the return to Mira Herbals Inc. You may also have to pay the re-delivery costs to you. Mira Herbals Inc. will therefore not refund the delivery fee, or gift wrapping or other related and relevant fees.
Packages being returned to Mira Herbals are subjected to a re-shipping fee if:
- a customer requests a reshipment due to unclaimed packages that were returned to us.
- incorrect address was provided by the customer
- inadvertently ordering the wrong item.
We understand that genuine mistakes can occur while placing orders, and we strive to provide a positive shopping experience for all our customers. Should such a situation arise, we kindly request you to reach out to our customer support team, and we will be more than willing to assist you in resolving the matter promptly and efficiently.
Refund
As stated in all of the product pages, our Health Products are non-refundable, especially our tinctures. Refunds are of purchase prices only and do not include shipping paid for the product's delivery or return of the product to us. Please note that Refund eligibility may vary depending on the situation. When eligibility is confirmed, refunds will only be issued when the product is successfully returned to us in condition that:
- Unused, in good condition and unopened and in original condition;
- Items must be undamaged;
- All goods (Hair Products) must be returned within [60] days of purchase; and
- In a good and saleable condition
When we receive the items, our financial department will contact you via phone or email that you provided during checkout.
Mira Herbals Inc. will not refund the delivery fee, gift wrapping or other related and relevant fees such as your bank’s international purchase fees or conversion fees, and custom fees.
Defective Or Damaged Goods
You must take steps to return defective or damaged goods within [60] days of purchase and not receipt. If you receive any defective or damaged product or goods, we will fully the original price of the product or goods, delivery fee and any gift wrapping fee by way of the real and original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a need replacement, we will send out your replacement goods (always subject to availability) once we get the defective or damaged products at our cost. If the time frame is [60] days after receipt, and goods are found to be defective or damaged, the normal warranty conditions for these goods will apply. In those circumstances, it is yours and the recipient’s responsibility to take all costs and to follow warranty instructions as stated on the product and website warranty card as specified by the manufacturer.
Subscription
Our website, www.miraherbals.info offers one-time purchase products. However, unless stated we might offer our products or services on a subscription or auto-ship basis. You will always be told and made aware of this on the appropriate product pages. Here are the terms of this subscription service - if you select this option.
Service begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. You’ll be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase, every month, until you cancel. Because there’s no annual contract, your rate is subject to change, but we’ll always notify you beforehand. If you cancel within 14 days of your order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. The card you provided when you ordered the trial product will be automatically charged (plus tax if applicable) when each new product ships.
Indemnity
You agree to release and indemnify Mira Herbals Inc. against any and all claims, loss or damage that it might or may incur arising out of or in connection with any breach of this agreement by you or any other user of your account, your use of this website, its advice or the placement or transmission of any information on this website by you or any and all users of your account Our Limitation of Liability Mira Herbals Inc. maximum liability in connection with any goods or services supplied to you will, to the full and maximum extent permitted by law, be limited to: Any loss of the use, profits, user data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation arising out of or in relation and connection with the use, inability to make use, performance of failure of this website; or any damages for its product liability, any personal injury or negligence resulting from the use of any goods or services supplied to you, or on your behalf , through the use of this website.
