All orders require a processing time of 4-7 business days before they are shipped. This is to ensure quality, as Raw Maraby products are made to order and produced in small batches. 

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time refers to the duration it takes for your order to reach you once it has been shipped. This varies based on the shipping method you select at checkout.

KEY POINTS

• Regardless of your shipping method, we still need 4-7 business days to process your order before it is shipped.
• We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays which means we do not process orders one these days and they do not count as business days

• We ask for your patience as we sometimes wait for herbs to arrive and be ready for use. Mourab, our master herbalist, ensures top-notch quality and potency by avoiding shortcuts and not rushing production.
• When your items are shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please check your spam/junk folder as emails can sometimes be filtered there.
