What should I eat when detoxing ?

What should you eat when you’re starting a detox? Well, firstly, keep it simple, do not over-complicate things for yourself.

 

When you detox you’re simply replacing cooked foods with fruits. You’re going to have fruits for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It could be oranges, grapes, strawberries, raspberries… literally any fruits (with the exception of bananas, avocados, and coconuts as they are heavy fruits and different). Pick a fruit and stick to it!

 

How long are you going to detox for? You’re going to detox for as long as you it takes you to start feeling better. This could be 30 days, 45 days, 90 days, etc. This is the simplest, most cost effective way to get healthy. You can walk into a grocery store with $20.00 and walk out with a weeks’ supply of food for your detox.

 

You also want to invest in herbs. Herbs cater directly to specific organs and glands to help strengthen them to do their job. Herbs will optimize the results of your detox.
