When you switch to an all fruit diet the fruits will soften the lymph and the acids inside; allowing them to flow easily to the kidneys, and be eliminated. You must take herbs for the kidneys, adrenals, lymphatic system, endocrine system, stomach and bowel also. These herbs will strengthen everything that is weak and giving you sinus pains.
