Powdered Form: Mix a small amount (usually about pea-sized) of the powder into warm water, or herbal tea until it dissolves completely.

Resin/Paste Form: Dissolve a small amount (around pea-sized) of the resin in warm water, milk (plant-based milk, alternative milk, non-dairy milk or vegan milk), or herbal tea.

Importantly, the form in which you receive the herbs, whether powdered or loose, does not affect their potency. Both forms maintain their efficacy and herbal properties.

It’s best to combine them both.
