Alternatively, you can chew the cloves with half a teaspoon of extra virgin coconut oil for 10-15 minutes before spitting it out.

Importantly, the form in which you receive the herbs, whether powdered or loose, does not affect their potency. Both forms maintain their efficacy and herbal properties.

Herbal Teas are not as potent as tinctures, but they can be very effective for calming the nervous system, soothing the stomach, and brightening the mood. A herbal tea will have approximately 10% plant essence in it.

It’s best to combine them both.
