Take a tablespoon of the oil into your mouth (Do not swallow). Swirl and pull the oil through your teeth and around your mouth for 15-20 minutes. Then spit the oil into a trash can to avoid plumbing issues. Lastly, rinse your mouth with warm water, then brush your teeth as usual.

For best results, practice oil pulling first thing in the morning before eating or drinking. Use daily for optimal oral health.
