Castor Oil (Organic, Cold-pressed, Extra Virgin), Poke Root, Lavender Essential Oil

Take a cloth and saturate it with Poke Root and Castor Oil.

Place the cloth directly to the affected area and use a plastic wrap to secure it in place. Leave the Poke Root and Castor Oil pack on for at least 5 hours a day, or overnight if possible. Reapply oil to the pack every 24-36 hours to keep it saturated.

Apply a source of heat, such as a hot water bottle, to the area while the oil is being absorbed.

Avoid direct contact with the eyes.
