  • Poke Root: Contains potent medicinal properties that address various skin issues, promote wound healing, and alleviate joint pain and swelling.
  • Organic Castor Oil: Serves as a carrier for poke root extract, enhancing its delivery and providing additional anti-inflammatory and healing benefits for the skin and joints.

Directions

Take a cloth and saturate it with Poke Root and Castor Oil.

Place the cloth directly to the affected area and use a plastic wrap to secure it in place. Leave the Poke Root and Castor Oil pack on for at least 5 hours a day, or overnight if possible. Reapply oil to the pack every 24-36 hours to keep it saturated.

Apply a source of heat, such as a hot water bottle, to the area while the oil is being absorbed.

NOTE: Avoid contact with the eyes.
