Digestive Health: It can be chewed like regular chewing gum. Start with a small piece (about the size of a pea) and chew it for at least 5 minutes or until it becomes soft and loses its flavor. This is believed to help with digestive issues, including stomach ulcers and H. pylori infections.

Oral Health: Similar to its use for digestive health, chewing mastic gum can contribute to oral hygiene by reducing dental plaque, freshening breath, and possibly fighting bacteria that cause cavities and gum disease.

It’s best to combine them both.
