Marshmallow Root (Althea Officinalis)

Suggested Use

Loose Herb Form: Add one teaspoon in 2 cups of boiled filtered water. Steep for 7 minutes then strain. Use 3-4 times daily.

Powdered Form: You may mix a teaspoon into your smoothies up to 3 times daily or simply dissolve it in water and enjoy.

As Cold Infusion: Add one tablespoon in 32 ounces of cold filtered water. Let it sit overnight and sip throughout the next day.
