For Oral Health: Take 5-7 cardamom pods and chew them gently to stimulate saliva production. Swish the cardamom and saliva in your mouth for 10-15 minutes, during which you may feel a tingling or numbing sensation. Spit out the cardamom pods into the garbage once you're done. Alternatively, you can chew the cardamom pods with half a teaspoon of extra virgin coconut oil for 10-15 minutes before spitting it out.

Herbal Teas are not as potent as tinctures, but they can be very effective for calming the nervous system, soothing the stomach, and brightening the mood. A herbal tea will have approximately 10% plant essence in it.

It’s best to combine them both.
