How to Use

For Teeth and Gums: Take 5-7 cardamom pods and chew them gently to stimulate saliva production. Swish the cardamom and saliva in your mouth for 10-15 minutes, during which you may feel a tingling or numbing sensation. Spit out the cardamom pods into the garbage once you're done. Alternatively, you can chew the cardamom pods with half a teaspoon of extra virgin coconut oil for 10-15 minutes before spitting it out.
