Wholesale Ordering Requirements

Minimum Order Quantity

For 250ml Tinctures, you'll need to order a minimum of 5 units for each product listed under that category. This means selecting at least 5 units of each product to reach a total of 20 items minimum for that specific category.

Total TINCTURES items: 20 (to get 25% off)

For 100ml Oils and 3oz Salves, you'll need to order a minimum of 2 units for each product listed under that category. This means selecting at least 2 units of each product to reach a total of 15 items minimum for that specific category.

• 11 x Hair Growth Oil

Total OILS & SALVES items: 15 (to get 25% off)

For 200ml and 450ml Shampoos and Conditioners, you'll need to order a minimum of 5 units for each product size listed under that category. This means selecting at least 5 units of each product to reach a total of 20 items minimum for that specific category.

It's essential to adhere to the minimum order quantity for each category. 

NOTE: Wholesale pricing are only available to 250ml Tinctures, 100ml Oils and 3oz Salves, 200ml and 450ml Shampoos and Conditioners. Other sizes are excluded.

IMPORTANT: If the order requirements are not met, we reserve the right to cancel the order. 

Wholesale Order Processing

• All wholesale orders will be reviewed before any discount is applied. We will then send an invoice for your final total (discount included) plus shipping fees. 
• Once full payment has been made, we will start processing your order.
• Please note: Since all products are made to order, wholesale orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Business days refer to weekdays from Tuesday to Friday, excluding Mondays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Wholesale Manual Review & Order Approval

All wholesale orders are reviewed and approved manually by our team.

We must confirm that all wholesale requirements and minimum order quantities are met before approving any order and applying wholesale discounts. Wholesale discounts are not applied automatically at checkout and will only be applied once your order has been reviewed and approved.

Once your order is approved, we will issue an invoice reflecting the final total, including approved wholesale discounts and shipping fees.
Orders will only move into production after full payment has been received.

Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled.

Any approved order that is canceled after processing has begun will be subject to a 35% restocking and administrative fee.

Revocation of Wholesale Price Access

We reserve the right to revoke wholesale price access if:

• We suspect unauthorized use of your personal or sign-in information;
• As a security measure;
• For operational reasons, including, but not limited to, the use of scripts, web crawlers, or screen scrapers; or
• For administrative reasons.
• You fail to abide by the terms and conditions.

Wholesale Shipping and Duties

Please note that the total price does not include shipping fees. Shipping costs will be calculated separately based on your location and the weight of your order.

Duties and Custom Fees are not include in the price. For Shipment to U.S, duties are added in the price.

Wholesale Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet the order requirements outlined above. 

Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled.

Any approved order that is canceled after processing has begun will be subject to a 35% restocking fee for custom items.

Wholesale  Changes to Agreement and Prices

We reserve the right to change these agreements and product prices at any time.
