When you experience true hunger, it won’t be coming from your belly. When you feel that pain in your belly telling you you’re hungry isn’t actual hunger. What you’re feeling is an emotional response to food.
We have become so used to eating food based on our moods and emotions that most of us don’t know what true hunger feels like. True hunger comes from the throat region, not the belly.
As humans we don’t need a lot of food to be healthy. We just need the right foods.
If you have a health issue that you would like to fix it is important that you get on dry fasting and fruits to start healing your body along with its hundred trillion cells. Remember: Dry fasting means no food, and no water for a 12 to 18-hour period of the day. When you dry fast, you’re giving your body the energy it needs to repair itself. All the energy that would typically be used for digestion is being diverted to help your body fix itself. Dry fasting also enhances cognitive function and protection, increase anti-inflammatory activities in the body, and increase bone health.
If you wish to heal, and you haven’t fasted before, I recommend starting with intermittent fasting, broken with fruits. A dry fast may be too much for the body coming off a Standard American Diet (SAT).
Dry fast to get healthy, and don’t give in to your belly! 😊
