Berries are very powerful. They are one of the most powerful things you can eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are very close to the endocrine glands (glands that produce hormones and control the body; the thyroid, parathyroid, and pituitary gland). These are all positively effected when you eat berries often. Eat them in abundance for breakfast lunch and dinner all by themselves. Berries are a strong antioxidant that can lower blood pressure as well.
You can eat as many as you want, no need to count calories. Go on a berry cleanse for 2, 3,4 weeks and see the benefits it will give you. Just stay consistent! 😊
