Fruit Sugars are the healthiest form of sugar your body really needs.
If you compared actual fruits with a slice of white bread, the white bread would have more sugars in it-add to the fact that processed sugars do no good for you.
Fruit sugars enter the cells by diffusion, they don’t require insulin while every other food uses insulin such as vegetables, protein, and carbohydrates.
When you eat the wrong foods, insulin is produced incorrectly. This would cause insulin to fluctuate and be disruptive. It could potentially cause diabetes or other sugar related issues.
if you eat carbohydrates and proteins and mix it together that is when it can cause sugar problems.
So you want to stick with 100% fruits when healing.
If you go on 100 % fruits, you're going to heal the body and have the right amount of sugar.
The sugars in fruits are also high antioxidant, high nutrition, and provide carbon / oxygen to the cells.
That is where ATP is formed, that's where your cells get the energy from. Fruit sugars are cell fuel and therefore energy for life.
Personally, I've been on fruit sugars for years I drink lots of lots of orange juice and a lot of fruits I don't have sugar problems.
