Sometimes falling asleep can be difficult. Our minds wander, we worry, or we simply just can’t fall asleep. This Herbal tea recipe is for people who suffer from insomnia, anxiety before bed.

 

This tea is made from Valerian root, skullcap herb, and chamomile flowers. Take 2 teaspoons of each herb and put in a pot. Next, pour your already boiling water into the pot. The trick is to not boil the water and tea together, you must pour the boiling water into your tea. Stir it for a few minutes and let it sit for about 2 hours so it steeps properly. You can drink this tea cold or warm.

 

This tea is an amazing way to gain relief from insomnia and anxiety without having to take a prescription sleeping pill.
