Less is always better than more when you’re eating food. This is because the body uses enzymes, resources, and energy to break down the food you eat; especially when it's cooked food, or animal products.
This is why we detox using fruits and only fruits; fruits only take 15 to 20 minutes to digest. Not only that, they also have their own enzymes within them that allows the body to use a minimal amount of energy to break them down. With this, more energy can go towards healing the body.
This is why we use dry fasts in combination with fruits when we are trying to heal. When we dryfast the body has no work to do, other than heal our glands, tissues, and organs.
The ideal way to heal is to go on 100% fruits for a week or two; to get your body nice and alkalized. Then, add some dry fasting to you daily routine; dryfast for 14 to 16 hours per day, breaking it with fruits of course. Optimize your healing with herbs specific to what you’re trying to heal.
