Fasting is great after you’ve done a 2 to 3 week all fruit detox. You do this after you’ve hydrated the cells and gotten your lymphatic system and kidneys working properly. The fruits will get the acids and toxins fluid and flowing towards the kidneys. The kidneys will filter and eliminate.
When you dry fast you’re cleaning out your whole body while releasing toxins as well. Dry fasting is one of the quickest ways to heal internally. The energy that would usually be used to digest meals is now being directed towards you major organs.
It is important to only dry fast after you’ve been detoxing on all fruits for 2 weeks or more. The amount of time you’re fasting for is completely up to you. It depends on how quickly you want to heal. Dry fasting can be 14 to 18 hours long, broken with fruit juices and/or fruit. Do this for as many weeks as it takes for you to heal.
