So, today’s blog is about children, how can you get them to become a fruitarian or raw vegan? Well, it starts with you, mom and dad. You must lead by example. Your babies are looking up to you and, they are watching everything you do. If you’re eating raw vegan food, or fruits, they will want to eat the same way. You must educate them on why it is important to be eating this way. Try telling them exciting stories about fruit and veggies and how they will grow big and tall and strong when they eat them. They will be naturally inclined to eat fruit and vegetables 😊.
My advice would be to give them fruits for breakfast and lunch, and then maybe a cooked dinner if you’re working on transitioning them to eating raw. Eventually they will be eating all raw, because you are too!
