I get a lot of questions about what I eat to feel full on a raw-vegan diet. Personally, I love dates. They are very nutrient dense, they’re sweet, delicious, and full of nutrients. Dates are very alkalizing as well, they will alkalize all of your cells…. They’re that powerful!
You can eat them on their own, or with fruits. When healing, I’ll do lemon juice only, or orange juice only (lemons and oranges liquify mucus’s and help your body get rid of the acids), and I’ll eat dates when I’m feeling hungry in between. You can eat as many as you want; no calorie counting. Even though dates will not help with the cleaning up of your systems, they will give you all of the nutrients you need to get through your day.
I recommend you get organic dates, especially when you’re healing. 😊
