Let’s talk sugar. Natural sugar that is. Is it bad?
No. The answer is NO! Let me put an end to your confusion. Fruits juices will not increase your insulin levels. Fruit sugars enter the cells by diffusion, where as protein, carbs and complex carbs use insulin to get the sugars into the cells. This fusion goes right into the cells, it charges them and gives them oxygen and carbon. That's what they need to flourish as the energy for cells.
So don’t listen to the lies, no harm can come from eating and drinking your fruits!
