Breakfast is NOT the most important meal of the day…

Today I want to talk about breakfast and why it is NOT the most important meal of the day.

We have been made to believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day by the cereal, dairy, and pork industries. In reality these foods are highly acidic, and not healthy for human consumption. We have been brainwashed into thinking we need these foods first thing in the morning to thrive throughout our day.

You do not want to eat breakfast because your body is undergoing a fast when you’re asleep; your body is digesting and cleaning out the house (the body and its organs). As soon as you eat, this process is stopped. Your body is now using its energy to breakdown the food you just ate, so it can digest it; the healing process has been delayed.

Ideally, you should eat your breakfast (break your fast) around noon, or 1pm. This gives your body enough time to do all its cleaning. I suggest you break your fast with a citrus fruit like Lemon, Oranges, and Grapefruits. If you stick with this for breakfast your skin is going to glow, and your hair grow, and you will flourish.
