Why we should stay away from animal protein

Protein is horrible for the human body for so many reasons. Let’s start with the fact that animal protein is what we call a “complex structure”. This means that the body has to use energy to break it down first, and then use more energy to extract whatever nutrients it can from it after.

 

Animal protein is dead, rotting flesh. Think of it this way: if you put a piece of animal flesh on the side of the road, it will be infested with maggots and worms within seconds.

 

When you eat animal proteins you are essentially eating pure acid. When the body digests animal flesh it leaves behind an acid by-product. If this acidity isn’t eliminated it will put your body in a state of acidosis. Meaning your body has become so acidic that your lymphatic system is backed up and not able to move acids the kidney’s where they would be eliminated.

 

Acidosis is the starting point for most diseases. Your body cannot handle acidity so it takes calcium and cholesterol from itself to create buffers around the acids to protect itself. When this happens you experience joint pains, edema, and overall not feeling well.

 

This becomes a vicious cycle that damages your kidneys, lymphatic system, and so much more.  If this cycle continues you can become susceptible to a cascade of ailments.

 

This is why we should say no to animal proteins, they do us NO good.
