How I Grew ( And Grow) My Rapunzel Length Hair.

5 Tips for Healthy, Long & Thick (Rapunzel-Like) Hair

My name is Nesterova Anastasia and I am a real  Rapunzel. (Follow me on Instagram @anastasiarapunzel). My hair is 107 cm or 3 feet 6.2 inches long.

My hair grows really fast and over the years people with thinning hair, hair fall and slow growing hair have always asked me what they can do to get healthy and thick hair back again and here is what I suggest.

No one knows how to grow hair better than a real life rapunzel.

Why?

We have spent years testing and studying what works to grow hair and what doesn’t. And as a real life Rapunzel people always ask me how to grow healthy hair and always they expect me to say it’s something new or remarkable but the truth is that it’s actually very simple and as old as time.

My method is: I simply use oils and plant extracts on my hair and I am consistent in their use.

In Asia the use of plants to grow hair is over 5000 years old and recorded in Ayurveda (Indian traditional health system), which by the way is recognized by the World Health Organization.

And some people say growing hair is all about genetics but I can tell you that with my method I have seen thinning hair regrow and I have also seen it work on all kinds of genetic hair types.(From fine thin hair to coarse hair.)

Use Gro Hair Oil

Anastasia uses a hair oil (With 17 plant extracts in it) on her hair every week and recommend it to anyone who wants to grow hair.
Anastasia says on her Instagram page that anyone can improve their hair with simple 5 steps (Scroll below to read about the 5 steps)

Thicker and healthier hair

She now tries to help people get thicker, fuller and longer hair.  Anastasia's hair measures 107 cm or 3 ft. 6 inches which she shows on her Instagram page

And I know not everyone likes Rapunzel length hair but my method can be easily used by all:

• It can be used to help fight thinning hair.

• It can be used for optimizing hair to grow.

• It can be used for repairing damaged hair and allowing hair to grow longer.

So here are the steps I actually use to grow my Rapunzel length hair.

It can be used by both men and women no matter the age or hair type.

Use A Proven Hair Activating Hair Oil

1.I always oil my scalp with a formula called Gro hair oil- it has 17 hair growth plant extracts to help kick the growth cycle into high gear. It has plant extracts like hibiscus, eclipta Alba and Asia sari radix which have been shown in studies to help hair grow. I don’t know any other product that has the same level of concentration of plant extracts in it. I use it as often as I can.

Get a scalp massage

2. Perform a scalp massages on the scalp. A gentle firm massage using the tips of the fingers is enough to send blood to the scalp and help it thrive. I do the scalp massage the same time I apply the Gro hair oil.

Eat lots of green vegetables

3. Eat raw organic vegetables at least once a day to help enrich the blood with hair growth nutrients. The greener the vegetables the better. Some examples are spinach, kale, celery and sprouts of all kinds.

Stimulate the scalp when you comb

4. Brush the hair gently and make sure the brush touches the scalp each time. This action encourages blood flow to the scalp and therefore growth.

Use the inversion method

5. Use the inversion method after applying Gro Hair oil onto the scalp. The inversion method is a method used to help send blood to the scalp. The method is done by sitting in a chair or over a sink and allowing the head to fall below the shoulders. (Kind of how one bends over when cutting toe nails or washing hair over a sink) Hold this position for 3-5 minutes whiles the oil is on your scalp.

Be patient

Before doubting these methods, please do give it a try first. I have seen skeptics change their minds after trying the methods above. The key is to be patient and consistent. We live in a fast paced world and we all want things quickly but remember hair takes some time to grow. So stick with my methods and give it some time to do its work.
Read some of the feedback from real people who have used Gro hair oil,(Results may vary from person to person)
