    Directions

    Consume 30 minutes before meal, preferably on an empty stomach to allow quick absorption.

    You may add to juice, water or take it raw. It can also be added to hot tea for few minutes before drinking. 

    Dosage & Frequency

    1/2 teaspoon (approximately 28-56 drops)

    2-3 times a day.
